Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination
a. By Client
You may terminate the agreement by providing written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.
b. By NexusHand
We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if:
- You breach these Terms and Conditions.
- Payments are not made as agreed.
All outstanding payments must be settled immediately upon termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
