6. Limitation of Liability
NexusHand is not liable for:

- Losses caused by third-party tools or platforms integrated into your project.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Confidentiality
We will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Termination
a. By Client
You may terminate the agreement by providing written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.
b. By NexusHand
We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if:
- You breach these Terms and Conditions.
- Payments are not made as agreed.
All outstanding payments must be settled immediately upon termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
10. Changes to These Terms
NexusHand reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
